AMCAD’s integrated Land Information System (AiLIS) © solution automates government records offices, including Land and Vital. AiLIS is an integrated and comprehensive business application for Cities and Counties that addresses the full life cycle of the recording and filing process. AiLIS provides the flexibility to match the unique operational requirements that vary from one office to another. The open architecture design allows for implementation and seamless integration with other County Departments or software solutions. AiLIS also provides for flexibility in integrating to either existing third party enterprise imaging and workflow systems or AMCAD’s Enterprise Content Management System (AiECM).
AiLIS is a highly configurable and customizable document management system based on Microsoft’s state-of-the-art .Net Framework. AiLIS utilizes 3-tier architecture with a SQL Server 2005, 2008, and 2008 R2 backend database repository. It employs an image independent interface that allows it to save document images in third party content management systems as well as native Windows repositories. AiLIS is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and 7 client operating systems and Windows 2003 and 2008 server operating systems. AiLIS is a component of AMCAD’s Government Records Platform that also includes AMCAD’s Government Records Connector. AMCAD’s Government Records Connector allows for fast, easy, and cost effective enterprise data retrieval of Property, Appraisal, Assessor, Equalization, Treasury and GIS offices without the need for costly, time consuming integration projections. Implementing AiLIS, along with AMCAD’s Government Records Connector, will improve the efficiency of a public offices business operations, and the business operations of the office’s community.
