AMCAD’s Pre-Trial & Diversion System is a new addition to AMCAD’s Justice Platform. Complementing our Case Management Solution (AiCMS) and developed on the same technology, the Pre-Trial & Diversion system will provide functionality that assists officers with managing all aspects of their efforts to prevent: future criminal activity by diverting offenders from traditional processing into community supervision and services, to save prosecutive and judicial resources for concentration on major cases, and where appropriate - to provide a vehicle for restitution to communities and victims of crime. The Pre-Trial & Diversion system will integrate with existing functions of AiCMS – Charges, Court Mandates, Scheduling, Docketing, Ticklers, Form Generation and Reporting.
The fully configurable code-driven application manages:
- Person tracking
- Victim based services
- Supports the adjudication process with pre-sentence investigation reports
- Court Mandated Programs
- Completion and compliance tracking
All of the above are important and involved tasks that pre-trial and diversion officers have to manage on a daily basis. AMCAD’s Pre-Trial & Diversion System is a component of AMCAD’s Justice Platform and is tightly integrated with our other justice solutions. The criminal justice community now has the benefit of partnering to implement a single solution from a single vendor with a common look and feel that significantly reduces complexity and overhead.
