American Cadastre, LLC (dba AMCAD®) provides software solutions and services to the public sector including solutions for state, county and local governments. Founded in 1986, AMCAD was primarily a consulting company working in international government records market. AMCAD completed a constructive re-organization in 2001 through an asset purchase agreement which converted the Company to an LLC, brought in private capital, new ownership and new management necessary to propel the company into the new millennium. In 2003, the company became more market-driven and changed its focus towards more software solutions and became product driven; catering to information technology needs of county, city and state government’s core business functions.
AMCAD has a history of building great software products. The company has spent over 50 million dollars in research and development over the last five years and is committed to reinvesting considerable portion of its earnings back into research and development.
